Not a good company to do business with. I placed an order in December and finally received it in February. I took my wheel to have installed only to be told the TPMS sensors were not installed on wheels. I tried to contact them multiple time with no success. When I did get someone I was told to take to a different location to have them checked. I did and was told they were not there. Absolute horrible experience took over a week and a half to get my tires four blocks from my house would never use this company again no matter how much money they save me on tires good luck getting a hold of the customer service line because nobody ever answers the damn phone I hope this save somebody that hassle

Don't sell a tire and not honor the price and say it discontinued!!!!! "Ordered a set of (4) Bfgoodrich Tires All-Terrain T/A KO2 315/70R17 for my 2017 Ford Raptor at $151.55 per tire since it was such a great deal compared to $250 anywhere else. Someone on the Ford Raptor forum posted about this deal on the KO2's so I ordered 4 tires with a bunch of other people who ordered and one person already received his tire order in the mail and posted pictures on Facebook. This place is a RIP,OFF! They sell wheels they say they make and own but are china junk. They have cheap center caps that fall out when wheels get hot. When you call for warranty they say you put in wrong, How is that possible? They are cheap plastic with tin cover. After fighting with them and reporting them to BBB California attorney general they sent me 3. I had to silicone them in so they would not fall out. Now the paint is flaking off .I call again and they say that is normal wear and tear.RIGHT! 3 months old

WE COULD HAVE DIED!! Just hours ago, while driving home, I heard a loud sound and my car jerked over to the right. Luckily for me, I was only driving approximately 30 mph, possibly less because I was slowing to make my turn. I struggled to gain control of the vehicle and nearly missed hitting other vehicles that were on the road. As I slowed to a stop, I realized that I was riding on the rim. I thought my tire had blown. the worst company ever to buy from! they sent me rims with the wrong offset literally millimeters off on the fronts. so you could not tell by the eye. we put them on, went to go, and grinding! the inside rim hit the caliber. i called immediately. they wanted pictures they saw they were wrong and admitted it! they said they would send spacers which i said no because the wheel was jeopardized. they sent me return labels and said i could get new ones that actually fit. as soon as they recieved them they stated they could only g... read more
