Never returns phone calls, does not inform customer wheels are in, does not honor trouble free returns as promised avoid this shady place like the plague or lose money.

I ordered a set of Michelin pilot sport cup 2 tires and was promised immediate delivery. 4 days later I get a call from the salesperson telling me the order has been canceled due to “not in stock”. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a refund but still cannot get the transaction credited to my VISA. Finally after multiple calls to customer service, the refund has been promised. Stay far away from this company as they cannot deliver as promised then won’t give your money back after they can’t deliver.

Had a GREAT experience in dealing with customer service rep Mike Legget today. He was very patient in dealing with my order, found some extra savings I didn’t expect, and just simply made the interaction very pleasant. Well done Mike!

I ordered 4 Touren rims of a certain type and a set of locking lugnuts. They sent me the wrong wheels and never got the lugnuts. After speaking to Sunny on the phone (pre order) I told him I would just order online. He talked me into ordering from him over the phone because I would get the wheels faster. They came fast alright - 4 days, but when it's the wrong wheels speed means nothing. He said they would ship from a part of the country closer to me to get to me faster. "Ahh I should've ordered my wheels somewhere else. I bought my staggered wheels setup from Discounted Wheel Warehouse and they made a mistake. The tires stem valves on the rear are too long and hitting the calipers. Also, I had to pay Pep Boys $ 68 for them to reset the TPMS so it'll register on my car. I received the wheels two (2) weeks ago and this issue hasn't been resolved. Customer's service are so slow but they were so fast to take my orders. I have 2 words to describe my experience with Discount wheel warehouse. Train wreck. Where do I start........ 1.From order to delivery it took 9 weeks to receive my order. Excessive I think but ok. 2. They are extremely poor communicators- nobody ever called me and every time I called I was on hold for no less than 5 min waiting to talk to a human. I have never purchased aftermarket wheels or tires offline for any vehicle I have ever owned. Ordered wheels, tires, TPMS sensors and lug nuts. In the midst of a global pandemic it only took them 11 days to program the sensors, mount and balance the tires and prepare them for shipment. They showed up at my doorstep (California to NY) 6 days later. So 17 days from the time I ordered until the time I received them. They all came well packaged and in PERFECT condition. Mike at Discounted wheel warehouse helped me with my order. Couldn’t be any MORE satisfied! Tires came as described and the manufacture date was recent. That’s a problem I had with another online tire dealer. Ordered a set of tires and the date of manufacture was 3 years old! Thanks again Mike and I’ll be calling you again!
