I was unable to find my tires locally, Amazon was out of stock and other online retailers were insanely expensive. I found this place and was pleased with the price and their delivery to Texas was very fast.

Just called to check my order status and took a little bit but the guy was very helpful and cool. He said my tires were on back order and helped me cancel because I’m in need of them right away! Thanks for the help

Ordered a tire from them online... website says 1 day shipping for my area, that's why I ordered it from them I needed it fast.... Well, I waited and waited, no email, no call, no communication AND no tire...where is my tire? I tried email, nope no response... So finally... after about an hour on hold and transferred to 4 different people and 3 departments... they inform my that they don't have it in stock, it's on backorder, don't when they will get it... for 4-6 months or longer!!!! I ordered a set of 20 inch Diablo reflections for my Cadillac CTS on 3/8/21.The sales person was Manuel Rodriguez , not only did he give me his personal number but I received my rims in 9 business days.I will definitely be a returning customer my rims are on my car and they look great and the price was definitely cheaper than anything in n.c.

Ordered wheels and received a call a few days later letting me know that they only had 3 in stock (no reason given). They tried to persuade me into getting other wheels that were 2-3 times the price of what I originally wanted. Told them I’d be fine to wait, and to just keep the three wheels on pending till they get a 4th in stock. Did some searching myself and found one in stock through a different vendor in the same size and volt pattern. Sweet right? I only provided a 1 star as it made me! I am beyond pissed - I have not received my wheels, when I call they first told me they had cancelled my order and had to reorder - when told them to cancel, I was put on long hold just for them to come back and let me know she was wrong and that the wheels were indeed in their warehouse - Next day I called to see if the wheels had shipped and they could not get a hold of anyone from the warehouse - I asked them to cancel and right away they wanted to take 20% - Again - DO NOT ORDER ... read more

I am a three-time repeat customer. On my recent order, I contacted them no less than six times about my order over one week without receiving a single reply. They just lost this customer FOREVER. Horrible communication. Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs!

All military members, you have been warned. Do not shop here, very bad practice. I've contacted both military JAG office, Army and Airforce, to place this company on the forbidden list due to bad practice.
