Had a great experience.. I love pulling up and having them check tire pressure and put air in all my tires. They're very nice and I don't even have to get out of my car!

Horrible service today, I'm going to any other tire shop not named Discount Tire next time. Should of had my wife go in, apparently if you just show up and look hot they will get you in and out really quick.

I spoke with Tyler on the phone who had exceptional customer service skills and was very polite. Jaz was the customer service representative I spoke with at the store and he was very helpful! This store has quality, hardworking employees devoted to do the right thing for their customer. Consumers going to utilize this store. If you have a bad attitude, or feel "its taking too long" look around the waiting room and remember the staff is working as hard as they can for you and everyone around you. Sparky (my maroon & black Highlander) is getting some new shoes! If you need Tires come see Joey, he's been taking care of our tire needs for years! I highly recommend making appointments to get in and out as quickly as possible. 4 New Tires installed in 30 mins!
They checked my air for free and told me I had a screw in one that they would fix for free, even though i didn't purchase my tires there.
The team went out of their way to help me today! I have brand new car and ran over a screw. Ugh! They called the manufacturer and were able to get me a new free replacement tire the same day. Nice peeps doing good work!
