I stopped to get low tire pressure checked and was helped by Brandon Thompson, wonderful friendly young man clearly well-trained at his job. When finished and tried to start my car, the battery was dead but instead of a awful, stressful time, Brandon quickly and calmly said, Don't worry, I'll fix it right away. And he used his own car, quickly used his jumper cables and had me back on the road in a flash. Always find Discount Tire at San Tan Village to be professional and amazing. I was just in to get my tires inflated and your employee Taylor was great. I watched him RUNNING to get as many people taken care of as possible. And his manners were fantastic. #greatexample
Awesome Service this morning! After taking my parents car to Costco, where they bought tires, and being told they couldn’t fix a nail or rotate tires because the tires were to bald and being hard sold the need to replace all 4 tires, I came here this morning and they fixed the nail causing the slow leak and said the tires are getting to the point of needing replaced soon. They didn’t charge me anything for the repair. Overall a fantastic experience.
Flats fixed free, staff is always friendly
Technicians were very demanding and inconsiderate that I was trying to finish my job unloading a customers vehicle so she could get a tire replaced I was “in the way and disrupting their traffic follow” and would have rather had me unload the vehicle in the in the spaces furthest away from the bay doors which would mean they would have to drive the vehicle on the flat tire creating more possibly of damage to the vehicle.
