It’s the only place I buy my tires! Have never had a bad experience at any of their locations no matter what state it was in. Took no more than five minutes to get through the line of people that all showed up for service at pretty much the same time. I had a bulge show up on one my my tired while it was parked in my driveway. Took it in to get it replaced. It was still covered under warranty and they replaced it in no time. They were awesome. Had me in and out within an hour. Great customer service!
Customer service is pretty lame. Expect to wait and be ignored. They’re trained to answer phones before talking to people waiting in lobby. I stood and waited and waited and waited along w a group of people while the employees answered calls and filled out paperwork. It got kind of hilarious actually as it took forever before any of their guys even acknowledged we were standing there. They do good work. But put a call on hold, guys, and talk to your customers in the store.
