I have been buying tires from Discount since the 70s. I have had my last bad experience there. Waiting for 2+ hours to get one tire taken care of, even with an appointment, is ridiculous. They always offer the same excuse "we are real busy". Well, then don't commit to a time and be honest with customers.
Fantastic service and if you make an appointment you are in and out within an hour for a tire repair. The manager John Weston is very professional and caring as well as all the staff at this location.
In and out in 1/2 hr. The best tire shop experience ever.
All the men are so helpful. I love how they don't make you buy anything you don't want and don't make yo feel guilty. Their service is a 10/10. Thanks Chase
Made appt. Very busy store! They took very good care of our trailer! Tires great price. Rotated our truck tires too. Did everything they could to make our tire experience good & keep us safe hauling horses!
Got 4 new tires and on my way in 45 min Just like he said.
