I’be visited twice in the last month. Once with my van and once with my husbands truck. With my van, other shops insisted I replace my (relatively new) tire and wouldn’t even look at it. Discount looked at it, realized they could fix it without replacing it and did it for free. This Discount Tire is fabulous! Their attitude and dedication to customer service is always the very best. I just don't know why anyone would go elsewhere. We will be customers as long as we live in Gilbert, which we expect to be a very, very long time!
I've been a customer for as long as I've had my license. Every time I have a tire need, I am more than satisfied with the customer service. Yesterday was no exception. The attendant greeted me even though it's 20 minutes till closing. He was kind and gracious and told me they would fix my tire before they went home. I watched them exhibit the same customer service and nobody left until all jobs are completed an hour past closing time.
