Worst service in the world. Oooppps is what I got when my tires were put on but not balanced. You would think being tire people they would know how to put tires on. Tire light came on and still have not fixed my tires. Honestly its only 100 bucks more to go to the dealership....much nicer and they fix anything any time....even when you don't buy tires from them.
I was notified recently that it was time to come in for Free tire rotation on the set of 4 Michelin Defenders purchased. Service was professional and quick.
Always honest and helpful in ways that seem archaic these days when it comes to customer service. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my tire needs.
