Great service. .. I was in and out in a half hour! ! Very nice people. I expected a fight about getting my tire replaced, but not a problem! ! This was by far the smoothest and quickest experience I've ever had with discount!!
Very welcoming to each person that walked in the door, even though they were so busy I thought they were having some kind of crazy special. I had a two hour wait for a flat repair, but I expected that... As I mentioned, it was super busy. If I had to find one thing to complain about it would be the temp inside the store. I had to go outside to get warm... seemed the AC was blowing nonstop. Too cold for this desert rat! BRRRRR!!!! Thanks guys!
My car was ready when they said it would be done, service associates were very helpful.
Horrible customer service. Realized my car was missing an aftermarket valve stem cap as I left. After looking for 5 minutes the employee didn't even apologize for the "mistake" hoping I didn't notice the missing cap. I asked for the manager and the employee stated he was a manager. I will not be going back.
great customer service. Great price and we shopped around. Quick less than an hour and they were full of people. The service tech were working hard and fast. Great place to get tires.
