I left with my tires all at a different pressure. Called to ask what I should do about it and John hung up on me. I have been a loyal customer for years but now I'm looking for a new tire shop. Very disappointed.
I got four new tires on my truck today, out the door in 28 minutes, WHAT!, yep that's what happens when you make an appointment and have your tires already reserved. GREAT service as always, GREAT crew and service counter, Thanks!

I cannot recommend Discount Tire on Speedway near Alvernon enough. Was in a month or so ago with a nail/flat. Tires fully warrantied. No games. They fixed the tire for $0 and sent me on my merry. In again today with a screw in my husband's tire this time. Came up at 7:20 and say in the lot to try to get ahead of the rush. They wrote down makes and models as people showed to ensure first in/first out. My people! I was, of course, first. Repairable and they're working on now. 6/32 tread left. customer since 2004. 3 vehicles and service has always been great.
So Troy and Anthony helped me out. They were swamped but they took the time to get my tires fixed right. There was even a power outage and they still managed to get me back on the road in 45 minutes. And 45 mins is a great time even though they were busy, my 3 small kids had fun asking them questions.
