Hands down Alex has to be the nicest store manager I've ever had help from! He is more friendly the Chick-fil-a staff and that's saying something! Lol Really though, he went above and beyond to swap my dangerous tires out during a road trip to ones that would get my daughter and I back home safely! I was able to schedule an appointment online the night before, and I was greeted in the parking lot by Blake. As an 8+ year veteran of customer service, I did not expect the level of professionalism and salesmanship at a tire shop.
Fast Service as the front guys greet you quick, get you what you need or explain what tires are what.
