RecommendedThis place is the best tire place we have ever been to. They are helpful, and courteous! They actually care about their customers! Highly recommend this place! All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Even on a busy Friday afternoon they acknowledged me right away, and got me taken care of quickly. Ahren was the technician who personally took care of my vehicle & got me back on the road asap.
I have never been treated with so much respect, and the kindness and generosity of the manager. I went in to get one used tire, and left with four used tires, at a price that I could only only pay for one. I definitely recommend Discount Tire in Hixson.
Called to get a quote on 2 tires and the gentleman I spoke with was so friendly and helpful. He sounded sincere and happy on the phone and I appreciated how polite he was. Upon arriving I was greeted with smiles and the best customer service I've ever had from a business like this. I was a little late but they were understanding and quick to take care of me. Very well staffed with well mannered and knowledgeable staff.
Tires came sooner than expected. All staff was friendly. They made sure my tires were put on quickly and that I had all rebate information before leaving.
These are the nicest people that I have met at a business. They answer all of your questions and I have so many services that they do.
