I discovered I had a flat tire at 5pm made a call, showed up right at 6pm- thank God they are such gracious hard working employees there, as they unlocked the door- patched my tire and i was in and out in 30 minutes!!! I am so grateful they stayed after to help me out!! DEFINITELY amazing customer service!!
I got an unexpected flat tire 20 minutes from home with two dogs in the car on a 90 degree day. Without an appointment I was still seen within an hour, plus they let me keep my dogs in the waiting room. Great customer service and I got a deal on the new tire as well! I will definitely be a returning customer.
I had an appointment for first thing Monday morning (5/5/18) I tried calling at 11:15 to make sure it was done spent 30-plus minutes on hold and as I was pulling into the parking lot they finally answered the phone as I was pulling into the parking lot my truck was still sitting in the same spot where it was dropped off Sunday night! They didn't even touch it.
