I was only in the shop for an hour, having 4 tires replaced. Great service!!
Today I took my car to this location. I drive a Mercedes Benz. I recently got new tires put on at this location but I had a slow leak so I returned and was told I had a nail. No biggie. I dropped the car off and when the car was finished I returned and thought all was well. I did noticed my car unlike any I have seen before was parked halfway in the garage when I returned but thought nothing of this irregular parking job. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! I bought 4 new tires and had them put on at Discount Tire.. as SOON as I pulled off the lot my car was making a ridiculously loud noise! After going back 3 different times & hours of them "looking at it" they couldn't find the issue and told me to go see a mechanic!!! Will NEVER go there again!!!!

got me in and out, 2 bew tires 59 minutes!
Enjoyed the great service. Really appreciated the attention to detail they showed by putting on my new aftermarket lug nuts by hand and using a torque wrench (not an impact gun) to tighten them.

Chunk out of sidewall on a tire on my wife’s Tesla- she wanted me to get it “checked out”. Had a good feeling I was going to be buying 4 tires, even though the set only had about 4500 miles on them. They took one look and assured me that the damage was cosmetic only, and not a safety issue. We also had a brief discussion that the damage would have meant a destroyed rim on a 19 or 20 inch tire- glad to have the pedestrian 18s! It is nice to know of a business that has integrity, and wasn’t looking to make an unnecessary sale!... read more
