I don’t know what happened in terms of management turnover, but it is apparent that this location isn’t operating as well as it used to. I’ve never had issues with friendliness or honesty until my most recent visits. At my most recent preventative maintenance at the car dealership, they recommended I have my front passenger tire straightened as it was bent. Ben and Matt along with everyone else in store are very polite and professional. Honest and committed to customer service. I visited store thinking I was going to need a new tire but they assured me they could fix it .
The customer service was great and my tires were fixed in under an 45 min! Very impressed!
walked in at 3pm, sat until everyone in front of me had left,which was about an hour. waited another 30 minutes to ask about my place in line, 12 cars (90 more minute wait) still ahead of me one of which was a lady that walked in after I had already been there for 30 minutes. watched a pretty lady walk in and immediately be placed in front of me without an appointment. this place is the most unprofessional place I have ever been in my life & I've been to plenty of walmarts and McDonald's before. Going on 4 hours waiting time when I was quoted 2.5 today at 1 pm. There should not been an apt with this establishment. Only appointments taken should be with a dealership shop or a full service automatic. Yes, I am not happy.
