Mr. Lane was very helpful and fast getting our tires ready for our camper. I would recommend Discount Tire to any one.
They were awesome and did a great job. It was a Saturday so they were really busy, but still attended to everybody and got everybody in and out as fast as possible. I wasn't planing on getting a new tire but mine shredded on the interstate and I didn't have a lot of money on me, so they gave me a discount so I could safely drive my car out of there. & They have the cheapest prices in town. Can't beat it.
Discount tires was very helpful when I can in to have my tires balanced. I was advised that the thread on my tires had wore pass the amount that is safe because these was 60 thousand mile tires and I had only gone 40 thousand they gave me a discount on a new set,because they were Michelin, I also got a rebate,which was great ! A new set of tires plus rebate ,can't go wrong there .
Took my TL in to find out why my front tire was leaking. Was told that I needed 2 new ones...(only one was necessary, but ok). They SCRATCHED my rims, and once it was brought to their attention, their "manager" claimed there was nothing they could do because it was "roadrash". I know exactly how my front rims looked when they took it back, and my rims were NOT damaged. My experience at Discount Tire was great! The young man who helped me was kind, efficient and quickly told me that they would check my tires to see what I needed. I left with four new tires and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!
I orders my tires and scheduled the installation online. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. I loved it!!
I should've went to these guys to begin with to get my tires. Very professional and reasonable. They were able to get me in and out with no problems and were very accommodating to my busy schedule. Love good customer service they will have my business for tires from now on!!
