This place here in Spartanburg suck. Their customer service sucks because they are rude and they don’t know how to communicate. Called to make an appointment and the guy said we didn’t need an appointment so we just show up to be told by one person that there was one car ahead of us to sit for an hour and go ask what’s going on and another guy to say you should have made an appointment. All the cars that are ahead of you made appointments. And by the way still sitting here waiting
I could not be any more disappointed with this company. I went to have an issue with my tires checked and I ended up buying new tires by "recommendation" of the sales associate, trusting I was receiving good-faith information; and the issue I went for was not even looked at, let alone taken care of. RecommendedMany years, many pleasant experiences. However....Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at discount tire. Seems to be a lack of communication between front desk and garage. I made an appointment specifically for tire rotation/balance and a tire pressure sensor. I checked in told the guy what I was there for, R&B with tire pressure sensor (TPS)light on. I love these guys. always friendly, prompt, thorough, great tires/prices. came in for a tire plug and didn't get charged!😊thanks discount tires
Outstanding customer service. I had a tire damaged beyond repair. Unfortunately they did not have a BFG in stock in my size. While waiting for a replacement they mounted another new tire to use free of charge until my tire comes in.
I will never go any where else but the Dorman store. The absolute best customer service. Thank you for fast and friendly service!
I've bought tires here a couple of times. The people are super nice. Today I had a tire plugged; it had a nail in it. No charge! I was very pleasantly surprised.
Great customer service & reasonable prices
first time customer. was surprised at the set up, like fast food for tires...but sat for over an hour waiting for 2 tires...just to find out they didnt come in the shipment! The salesman made it right though...he apologized sincerely & took care of me and when I came back the next morning made it a priority. was in and out in less than an hour. I'd go back here again.
