We had an appointment this morning and due to a mis-communication, we waited longer than we should have. When Jose and Derek realized the problem, they moved our truck in immediately and got to work. (The neighboring stores of Michael's, TJMaxx & PierOne thank you for the extra time that I waited :) ). The visit turned out to be the same professional quality of service that we've always received from Discount Tire and for that reason...we will be back. Keep up the good work!
