I had serious altercation with a male customer who behaved very inappropriately towards me and made me feel unsafe. (So, yeah, profile is locked down.) I reported the behavior to Jose, the manager, who escorted the man outside and in no uncertain terms let him know the behavior would not be tolerated. The staff made sure I was ok, and Chad pulled my vehicle around the back of the building, with Jose escorting me to my vehicle. Great experience! Booked my appointment and picked out my tires online, came to the store and was in and out within 45 min. Great customer service!
Pros: Great service. Price matching. Complimentary bottled water. Cons: Freezing in waiting room. Bad tasting coffee. (suggestion: Keurig)
This was our 2nd time buying tires there. I have never had any issues. Went to Sam's club 1st and a man had been there waiting for 2 hrs having tires put on. We never got waited on. That's when we went to discount tire. Tires were put on in 30 minutes there!
Traveling with my wife, our dog, and 6 chickens trying to flee Florida from Hurricane Irma, we got a nail in our trailer tire. Not only did the staff change out or tire for our spare, they patched the punctured tire FREE of charge. They helped to make a stressful situation a little bit better. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Probably the last trip to this store. Three strikes you're out. Last time they put the wrong set of tires on my vehicle. Had to take it back to get them changed only to discover they cross threaded a stud. It was up to me to go somewhere else to get it replaced albeit they paid for it. This time I called twice in advance to make sure they had 4 tires I needed for my truck. Got there and they only had three because the 4th was put on another customers car.
