Lance was awesome on the phone with his great customer service! You don't get that a lot these days! Everyone has been great since I have arrived, even though they're super busy (Saturday)! They have earned my business! Oh and was done in a very timely manner!

They didn't ask or use the factory jack points on my van and colapsed part of the subframe. No one asked for a survey after that.

A great big thank you & God bless you to tech Ryan and Discount Tire Dorman Center for changing my tire so quick so I could get my son to surgery on time. I got a flat near there on way to take my son to surgery at Sbrg surgery center and we couldn't change it on our own. They stepped up and changed my tire with my spare in less then 10 minutes even though they were swamped busy!!!Thanks to them we were on time for his surgery!
