Very impressed with service. Talked with four different employees throughout getting a replacement for a flat. All extremely professional. While car was being serviced I was updated on progress and given an accurate completion time. I got out of my car at 8:08 and was driving away after repair at 8:50. Highly recommend for any tire needs.
Brought my tires to be replaced under my warranty. The guys there are awesome. Hope they enjoy the donuts we got them!

I do not usually write post, but I feel I should after my recent experience at Discount Tires in Knightdale. I had the BEST experience with the guys, tires, pricing, and deal with my new tires today. They even came out and met me at the car! I would recommend these guys to anyone looking great tires, service, and prices! Thanks again (2012 Civic Si with new Khumo tires)
We had a fantastic experience yesterday with you guys!!!! Kenneth was awesome! We got a flat tire 30 minutes before they closed and even though we arrived after closing, they still helped us out by getting a new tire back on our rim within 20 minutes!!! We got the tire back to the truck and mounted it back on in no time! Kenneth has great customer service skills and his exceptional service really put a smile on our faces and had us back on the road quickly! :-)
