I’ve been coming here for years! I always get amazing service and the employees are all so nice.
As I got into my car yesterday, I randomly noticed a pretty screw in my tire. Knowing my car doesn’t have a spare (thanks Ford), I went to Knightdale Discount Tire. They politely let me know they closed, but would repair the tire anyway due to safety (major kudos). Mid-way through we learned my lug nuts needed replacing (again, thanks Ford). They replaced them and repaired the tire. We were in and out (including wait time) less than an hour. Repair was free, lug nuts were inexpensive. VERY pleased!!!!!
I always have the best service here...and today was no different I HIGHLY recommend this place...Thanks for always looking out for me and my car😀
Definately the best experience ever. Had a screw in my tire and they fixed it for FREE! and that was my first time there. The assistance manager that helped me needs his own store - great customer service!!!!

Had a nail in my tire, and a local car repair place said they couldn't patch it and tried to sell me a new tire. I brought it here and they plugged it at no charge. Great service!
