My wifes car had a flat on Friday night Saturday I took the tire and rim by to see if they could patch the two holes a nail and a drill bit, not only did they fix it they did it for free. Thanks Discount Tires.
Love the free tire rotation. I had excellent customer service. Technician went out and measured tread all the way around and made maintenance recommendations.
We have recently moved to Knightdale and have made not only a full purchase of (4) tires for our car but have had repairs to tires to both the car and our truck. Every interaction has been easy, the staff helpful and not pushy, and they certainly put the customer first! Prices are great and quality is superb! Will be going back again and again for all my tire needs!
Dropped off our vehicle today for a flat repair and a free rotate and balance . Tires were rotated and balanced but tire was never fixed . Nail was left on left front . Bad service .
