Well I had a blow out on my enclosed trailer on Interstate 65,I was coming from Smiths Grove heading to Bowing Green. A guy pulled up beside me and advised I had a blow out, immediately pulled over. Decided to drive on the shoulder of the road and go to Sams Club to get to a new tire. Got to Sams Club and they said it was a 2.5 hr wait, so we called a Walmart they advised there was 8 tickets before me it could be up to 3 hrs. Was able to get my tire patched at no cost with customer service that exceeded my expectation! 5 stars!
I just want to say that I haven't ever had any issues with The company and its employees this was an emergency I was on my way to Mississippi and it was an accident with my truck blew out the tire put the spare on and because I had road hazard they replaced the tire it also cost was $28.80 for a $200 tire they got me on the road reasonable manner time and I've been doing business with discount tires for well over 40 years and again they came through and made my day a good one
A year or so ago, I purchased a new set of tires from Discount Tire. They seemed really friendly at the time and told me that they would balance and rotate my tires for free as long as I had the car. So today, I went by there to get my tires rotated. Some slick salesman told me ok but let's do a quick safety check. We went out to the car where I spent 10 minutes telling him that all I wanted was to get my tires rotated. When I finally wore him down, he told me that I'd have to wait an hour and a half.
