I've had two excellent experiences with this business in the past week. My first visit to get the back tires changed, I came in on a Friday, not realizing I had set my appointment for the previous day. They went ahead and got me in anyway, and I was out in a little over an hour. Today, correct appointment day this time, I got my front tires replaced. After having an issue that I felt was not being resolved, the manager Derek reached out to me and offered me a solution that made me happy, VERY HAPPY!!
My daughter had a flat and her spare was leaking air. I called from Clarksville and was told they had a used tire to fit and it would be about $40 for the tire mounted. My daughter calls me an hour later to tell me they charged her $100+ for a new tire and told her they didn't have any used in her size. Seems like they took advantage of a young woman and I'll never use them or recommend them.
