Boy was I stupid when I reposted this, this is the WORSE PLACE to get tires and them to uphold their warranty that you pay extra for and the manager can call you a liar and get away with it, not a place I will ever buy from again!!!!!!!! This is the only place I get my tires. They are magnificent to work with. Amazing customer service. They really care about your best interests here. I'll never go anywhere else!
The guys at discount tire definitely earned my repeat business. I bought tires from a dealer. Had a flat, and was able to get it repaired for free at Discount Tire. Fast forward a few months... another nail in the tire (work hazard). Again, free repair yesterday. This morning the tire seemed to be losing air again. They went above and beyond to be sure I had a new tire that could safely get me on my way again. I really appreciated the way they repaired a flat on my previous vehicle for FREE. Now I'm shopping for tires for the latest vehicle purchase, and guess what? Busted website that won't let me do anything. How am I supposed to order the specific tires I need if your website is toast?
Ive only had to use discount tire twice, but both times were nothing short of the best. The help that they offer is grade A! I had to have a tire patched just yesterday and i was told it would be about 45 minutes, i may have waited 30. They checked the tire pressure all around and also let me know that sooner than later ill be needing new tires. As soon as the holidays are over ill be taking care of that with discount tire!!
