In this day and time companies like DT are few. Staff is well trained, courteous, they have an understanding of the term, "Customer Service". Great company in & out the door & beyond.
I love DT overall. Communication lacks which leaves room for misunderstandings. Theres room for education and growth, taking better care of the customer. Integrity is a must . Had to go elsewhere for tires sad to say. Thank you Dave, Frank & Michael for great customer service!

Just wanted to say thanks to the Bowling Green Discount Tire!! Found a screw in my tire today after lunch.. since I have to drive to Scottsville tomorrow to pick up my son, I couldn't get on the road and feel safe with him in the truck. I drove to 4 local shops for a quick fix but they were all closed. Good news Discount Tire stays open till 5pm on Saturdays. Go in and the place was slammed but the staff was very friendly and fast. Nothing but professionalism here at the Bowling Green KY @DiscountTire location. I had an appointment but either way the staff was attentive and very friendly. Only one suggestion, for your Corp. office: please add the window sticker decal next time. It keeps me on track and provides your contact info for quick scheduling of my next visit. Keep up the great work!
