I was without a car because of a flat tire for 24 hours when it should have been 2-3 hours max. Discount Tire couldn't change my tire and didn't offer any options or solutions other than we can't do it. I called Firestone who offered to go get it and tow it and fix my tire for me. Discount Tire also won't refund the prepaid amount to my card until I come by in person. I will never go back.

Excellent service! Friendly staff! Lots of customers when we were there yesterday, but NOT a long wait! Whenever we need tires, we will make this the first place we go! We recommend Discount Tire very highly!

Took two and half hours to replace two tires and I left with a low tire pressure alarm because they didn't know how to reset

This morning I was going down Campbell Lane and I felt like I was having a flat tire I pulled into Discount Tires Joshua meet me outside looked at my tire reassured me everything was okay checked all the air in the tires and off I went. #friendly #fast #free
