Tech accused me of almost running over him. He was standing outside the bay next to the building when I entered the bay to get my air pressure checked. He said I was squealing tires and speeding. My tires were low in air and was squeaking in the parking lot. He kept insisting I was speeding. It was a Toyota not a Corvette. I had enough and told him I can get air checked elsewhere. First time Discount Tire customer and last time Discount Tire customer.
RecommendedAlex in Bowling Green KY went above and beyond to get us back on the road for an additional 4 hour drive. Thx Alex.
They left a screw in my tire and were more worried about a 1/2 in spacer!! I took the screw out and plugged myself!! Won’t be back!!!
