I made an appointment and my appointment time had passed over 45 minutes. My car hasn't even made into the service area. What's the purpose of an appointment if you're unable to service my car within that timeframe. I went through the trouble of making an appointment in the first place so I'm not waiting a long time. I highly doubt I'll come back the worst service ever. �� I'll go somewhere else next time. At least they'll value my time and money what a joke.

Great staff, comfy seats and good coffee. Flat tyre after a long day at Universal yesterday, and trying to get it changed (myself and with help of AAA) was a downer, THANKFULLY, Discount Tire made getting it repair painless.

I want to personally say Thank You to Duke and the rest of the staff at this store. Today I had a last minute tire repair and Duke took his extra time to handle the repair. He could have easily left and ignored my request, but instead he said come on in I'll take care of it. -Again thanks to Duke and the team at Discount Tire at John Young Pkwy. In Orlando, FL!
