Technically speaking I was an out-of-town road trip customer from Minnesota that needed tires after noticing reduced grip in a Florida rain storm. I did some online shopping and found Discount Tire had the best price, but my tire size was out of stock. I called the store and Diego took the time to confirm location and status of the tires. they didnt order a tire that I placed an online order and scheduled an appointment for over a week ago.
called and talked to William, he gave me a price on tires and said he could have them installed today. so stopped by at the time he said to stop in and had a couple of tires put on my bride's Ford Edge, to stop the howling sound on the highway..... less expensive than any other company (but really what tires are not expensive anymore...lol) and really quick service... in and out within an hour...very informative both William and the tech that installed them.....less money in my pocket now....lol ....but not as much elsewhere... read more
