I went in for new tires last Saturday morning. Everything seemed fine until later that afternoon when we came back to our car and found the rear tire flat from a faulty valve stem. Since we were in Orlando and didn't have a spare we called the discount tire on John Young. Even though his store didn't install the tire; the manager Jason came out, and switched out our tire for a new one. Thank you for not leaving us stranded!
Do not go here if you have an RV with over 4 tires. They are more orientated to Auto's only with four tires. Bought 6 tires and have had nothing but problems with them installing, steel stems, and hub caps placement. Make sure if you do buy to watch over them.
This was my first visit to this location. Everyone I talked to was extremely professional and nice! I got a new set of tires installed very quickly. Will be back for sure!
I had an appointment for 10 was in and out by 20 till 11. The sales guys were very polite and friendly I recommend everyone get your tires through Discount Tire. That is the John Young and sandlake location
There are very few places where a customer is treated with respect these days - in fact, it is the norm to be rude or at best, provide mediocre service. So when Sebastian at Discount Tires greeted me with a handshake, listened to my concerns and didn't try to up sell me on something I didn't need or want, I was shocked!
