Wasn't even to the door and we were greeted by Corey. Had made appointment and ordered tires online, Corey tried upselling us to defender tire only time find out the computer was wrong that there were not but 2 in stock. Only 30 min later we were on road they broke the valve sensor but replaced it with no extra charge. Yes we have ticking in driver's front which maybe just little stone caught in treads. Will definitely refer
Went in for a regular tire change. The tire technician told me about my wheel bearing. We originally thought it was a different bearing. I’m so grateful for these guys.
I'll never go here again. You've lost my business. We took my husband's truck to get new tires and they stripped a lug nut, dented a hubcap, put on another hubcap wrong so it makes a ticking noise, and scratched his rims up. Never again.
Once again The guys at Discount Tire in Alcoa were great!!!! Brian and Joel could write the book on customer service!!! They have my business for a long time coming!!!!!
Bought new tires 2 weeks ago, one of them went flat. Took it back to be repaired, had a hole in the sidewall. 20 minutes later I was back on the road with a new replacement, no charge.
I have been using discount tire for some years now and have never had a single issue. Today my boyfriend takes my car in for a tire and then i find out its almost double the price it was the last time. He had one of the extra fees removed and it was still much more expensive than the last time i purchased one. I will be looking for somewhere else to purchase tires in the future.
This place should train retail and service stores on customer service. Very impressed with there customer service, recommending them to everyone. Chris was who helped me and very very helpful. Thank you!
