We have bought a total of 8 sets of tires there and have always been satisfied with the service until last friday,my granddaughter took her car to have the tires to be rotated tires that she had bought there and was told she needed to buy 2 new tires instead of rotating them so they wouldn't rotate them she brought the car home and her 73 year old papaw rotated them if this had been a man they would have rotated the tires but since it was a women they wanted to take advantage of her so I won't be back

This place is awesome. I got a flat on my way home from work they closed at 6 and I made it from madisonville to there barley at 5:59 they took me right in replaced my tire for free put the spare back under my car and put air in all my tires. I would highly recommend them.
I just want to say that we have used this location for a few years in both our business and personally and they are super! I recently went in to purchase tires for my personal vehicle and Joel helped me choose the right tire. Thank you to all of you who work at this location, you always make my experience great!
I can't say enough about the great service and attitude that I received this weekend. Great bunch of guys who take care of customers. I loved the speed, hustle, and double checks that happened. Also, great music and atmosphere in the waiting area!

Great service. Treated the car like it was royalty and still had the service done quickly. Great store, easy to get to, clean and taken care of. Andrew took care of me and always had a simile and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend these guys, impressed!
