I usually loathe going to take my car into any shop for any type of service, but I have been to this business twice and they have always been really nice. They don't give me the "since you are a woman, you must be really dumb about cars" attitude that I get most of the time elsewhere. Also, they will test and clear the annoying tire sensor code for me without insisting that I need to get it replaced (like the dealership wants me to do w/out even testing it). I highly recommend them for both tire and customer service.
Joel really made things right when I had trouble with two of the 4 tires that I purchased here. I really appreciate the professionalism and willingness to stand behind their products and service!
We've dealt with the Alcoa, TN store for several years now. I can't say enough good about them. They've gone out of their way to find prices we could afford. Our daughter had a valve stem start leaking on a car she bought. It doesn't need tires yet. When I called to see if they could replace the valve stem they said bring it on in. They wouldn't even accept payment for it. I stressed it wasn't there tire and we were willing to pay but they wouldn't hear of it. Called Discount Tire to hopefully find 4 new tires in a hard to find size for an SUV. They were very helpful, efficient and answered every question I had. We had 4 new tires on the car by 9am the next morning. And the price was very satisfactory.
Great experience. Very helpful and efficient. They made spending money a little less painful. I highly recommend them when you need tires. Great group of people!
Services is always excellent and that is why since I have had a car they have been the only place I get tires. My fronts where worse than drag slicks and I couldn't afford to get new ones. But they worked with me and I feel safe again to drive. Yall are awesome.

Well I work here I love it and wanted to make the best of it I love all the employees and mangers ..we all goof off and have fun but when it come down too work we are like a machine if u ever see us wprk we are just doing so much tonmake sure your vehicle leave im better condition that it came in.
