Horrible people.
10,000 miles after purchasing 80,000 mile tires one of them developed an unrepairable leak. No problem, I had purchased the insurance. I called to make arrangements for replacement. Now there is a problem. The tire manufacturer had discontinued the tires and a matching replacement was not available. I have an AWD car and need all tires to match. Yesterday i paid $700 on 4 new tires for my truck..they look awesome...my only complaint would be that if i spend that kind of money,a warranty should automatically be included....not just offered on top of that...other than that im satisfied
They are always going above and beyond to make each service as simple and easy as possible. I highly recommend them for excellent service and excellent prices.
It is the only place I have bought tires for several years now. This last order went a little haywire I ordered tires and they stated they would be in mid the following week.. After making sveral phone calls and having been told they are in transit from a warehosue in GA. I went into the store and spoke with a manager. they said my tires had been there for over a week but there was a error in how the order was entered and it never showed as recieved. I have been through several tire stores throughout the last 15 years or so. The experience I had today was one of the best. I was able to reserve and appointment and they called to let me know a couple days ago the tires I had ordered were in. I was early for my appointment and was actually out within about 45 minutes after arrival. All the staff were very professional and courteous. Thank you, I will be back again.
