I went in today for a service and proper mask-wearing was abysmal. When I mentioned to an employee the mask needs to cover the nose to be effective, he pulled it up. I paid for my service, looked up, and he had removed it out of spite. Really? It’s a pandemic and some folks, like myself, are at a higher risk of having long term, more serious effects from this novel virus. I hope management will speak with their employees not only about health and safety, but also simple customer service. How disappointing.
