Had a great experience! In and out in about 20 mins. In addition to changing my tires they offered me replacement lugs and explained to me the reason for it, which is something I appreciate!

I went in today for a service and proper mask-wearing was abysmal. When I mentioned to an employee the mask needs to cover the nose to be effective, he pulled it up. I paid for my service, looked up, and he had removed it out of spite. Really? It’s a pandemic and some folks, like myself, are at a higher risk of having long term, more serious effects from this novel virus. I hope management will speak with their employees not only about health and safety, but also simple customer service. How disappointing.
