I went in there today to buy four new tires everything went great after I left a few miles down the road my tire light came on I gave Discount Tires a phone call they asked me to bring my car back so I did and come to find out that my sensor and one of my tires were bad so they fixed it with no charge I have to say this is the best experience with a tire place I have ever had I will recommend you guys to my friends and family
This place is phenomenal. Today they actually let me sit in my car while they worked on my tires due to covid they let me drive the car in. The teamwork I observed was awesome. All the employees were singing and smiling and working like an experienced team. I highly recommend! Great place!
Service is always fast and friendly. As an added bonus they are very honest which means a lot and keeps us going back again and again😁

let me preface this by saying no one other than discount tire has touched the tires on my truck for 3 years. a few weeks ago had a rotation done. the tech then tells me that my lug nuts are swelling due to their age 🤣. yesterday I had to replace my brakes, it took me no less than 30 per tire to pull them down, using 2 different lug wrenches and assorted sockets and impacts. what really happened is that discount tire used the wrong size socket and didn't have it on all the way before using the inpact. I purchased a new set of tires, and one was already very low 3 days later. I stopped by the shop to see what the issue was, and had the crew inspect the tire. It turned out to be a nail that was stuck in the shoulder of the tire, an area that Discount does not repair. I thought that I was going to have to use my tire’s warranty already, but Ronald offered a courtesy replacement without using the warranty! The specific tire that I bought wasn’t in stock at the time, but they allowed me to use a temporary one until it arrived.... read more
