RecommendedOne of the guys knocked my tire sensor loose. I finally got it checked out by Nissan three months later and they said Discount Tire knocked it off. I called and the manager (Chris) got me in the same day, in and out to fix it in 20 minutes. Replaced the tire sensor himself and was super nice and apologetic about the whole thing. 10/10 would recommend.

I would like to say Thank you to all the guys at Discount tire. I had a long wait (4 hours) but as a sat there all the employees handled all the angry customers in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend you stop by if you need tires and let them serve you.
Kevin was great today. Let me start by saying I had a very bad experience with NTB back home in Pennsylvania. I had the extreme opposite experience with the Direct Tire team at the Alcoa store. Kevin got the tires I needed sent to the store by courier the same day so I could get back to my vacation quickly. Not only did he get them quickly, but they came at a great price. Matthew at the counter was completely understanding about the situation I was in with the screw in my tire and got me plugged aired up and the rest of my tires checked as well in 30 minutes and I was out of there what a great place to go for tires!!!
