So I walked into the showroom on Meanwood road to view carpets and Laminate. As soon as we walked in the lady greeted us and I explained that we wanted someone to measure our house up as we want laminate and carpet installing. Her immediate response was "just to let you know, we are not cheap" to which I responded "why would you assume we wanted cheap laminate?" I visited Discount Carpet Warehouse Ltd, in August 2024 and received an exemplary service. In my opinion, they went above and beyond to help me, when I needed flooring for a relatives room. They provided professional advice and followed through with an efficient and exemplary service. They worked to complete the fitting (which included boarding out the floor, prior to fitting the vinyl), within the timescales agreed, as they were aware of the importance of the situation. Clive, Luke and Rachel have been brilliant every step of the way. They are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Our house was not easy to manage with uneven surfaces and wonky corridors but Luke did a brilliant job of fitting and it has transformed the look of our house. Thank you!

Carpet warehouse in Hull have fixed me up with a lovely quality lino and it is getting fitted with all the price was reduced due to black Friday discount, so happy about that and now looking forward to seeing the lino in my hallway on the 6th December. I would absolutely recommend and use this business again with no hesitation. Rachel was patient and great in helping to choose the best value for me. Clive was absolutely brilliant at fitting with great attention to detail, and did a fantastic job in getting it fitted to perfection.
