Wonderful service. Due to my disability I struggle with grasping points. My case was quite complex and Glenn Brooks stepped in at the tribunal stage, he supported me through it and I am over the moon with the outcome. The tribunal panel were very fair but I could not have survived the procedure and understood what they wanted without his calm knowledgeable presence.
