Dang ole legend spot. Has not changed since i was 21.
Dive bar of the dive bars.. what else is to be said, wanna have a drink and not have to dress to empress here's the spot. Also they always seem to have awesome things hanging on the walls..
It was great! EVERYONE in the bar was friendly and the place stays packed. It's not upscale or swanky but it is one of the best watering holes I've ever been, both here in the US or the many places I've been around the world.
The drinks are stiff, the Philly feel is real, fuck yeah Dirty Frank's! Sheila the bartender deserves a raise, she was great!
Very funky, lots of chachkas and memorabilia but the bar is filthy and the bartenders not all that engaging. I wouldn't go back.
