My most favorite bar in Philly... Small with a great atmosphere and is dog-friendly. I love dive bars, and this is the best one in town, no question. Remember, it's cash only.
One of the coolest dive bars I've been too! It got recommended by a bartender at a bbq spot we stopped off at next to Madison square gardens... Super nice chill bartenders that recommended Locust bar for chicken wings and they were the best damn wings I've ever had (and no it wasn't cuz I was drunk lol)
