I broke my ankle in two places two years ago. As with most people, I was worried I would never be the same again. Dr. Bakker explained where it was broken, why I needed surgery and answered all my questions. He did the surgery and called me personally the next day to follow-up. My ankle feels great, it doesn't cause me any problems and I can do everything now that I could do before. horrible, arrogant, a know it all, but dont listen to patient, I was charged twice for my co-pay, nurses are very friendly, Mean while I lay on my couch because I have so much knee pain. The doctor only seen me for 3 minutes. He only looked at 1 of the 5 exrays, he told me i would have too go through hoops to get a MRI. they run patients through like cattle. very dissapointed. Dr Bakker has treated me for multiple injuries, I have found him to excellent and very understanding. He is an excellent surgeon, and he has my earned trust.
