I really liked how quickly I was in and out, however, I felt like I was pulling information out of him. It was a very robotic experience with a physician. It was hard to not feel like I was doing his job. I asked him how he knew something in an x-ray and he said because I’ve looked it over 1000 of them …instead I would suggest explaining what we’re looking at and how this x-ray differs from a healthy joint etc.. needs a little help in his interpersonal communications with the patient.

I had to have an emergency reverse shoulder replacement surgery after a nasty fall. Dr. Bakker answered all my husbands questions, followed up with phone calls, and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon.
Dr Baker was very professional and listened carefully to my symptoms. He explained what was causing my pain and possible treatment. I will be following up with him.
Dr Bakker was efficient and succinct. Based on the X-rays his office took and the fluidity and quality of my shoulder movement, he quickly evaluated my condition and made helpful recommendations.
I love Dr Bakker. Minimal wait. Efficient time in the room. He's always good about communicating what I need to do, gave me exercises to do to maximize proper healing. I recommend him to all my family and friends.
