I praise God for Dr. Bakker! He saw my ankle fracture on an X-ray when someone else missed it. He put me in a boot and my foot is healing well!
I was able to be seen and treated within an hour. Dr. Bakker thoroughly described what was going on with my finger and gave me options as far as what I could do for it. Very quick and professional!
I was lectured on my inappropriate use of the urgent care prior to a brief exam of my shoulder and possible treatment options. I had used urgent care as suggested by my PA, to speed my care to an orthopedic physician following a very painful shoulder injury 4 weeks prior, which continued to cause me extreme pain. Dr Bakker was professional and pleasant during my knee exam. All questions were answered as well as future planning of my knee care.
Dr explained my X-rays after his physical exam with patience and concern.
My visit ran very smoothly. As nervous as I was to have ankle surgery, Dr. Bakker and his team made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bakker reassured me as much as I needed, and so far my recovery has been smooth. He is skilled in his profession, personable, approachable, knowledgeable and compassionate. All qualities I needed in a surgeon. I recommend Dr. Bakker in the highest regards to others who may also need orthopedic care.
Dr bakker was very professional answered all questions very straightforward, understanding, and kind. Would use him again if ever needed. Surgery went well everything healed up like it should.
I sought out Dr Baker to review a new issue around a previous surgery site. He reassured me that the original surgical correction was sound, reviewed my X-rays with me, pointed out what he suspects is the problem, made an appropriate referral for further investigation and complemented my chain of (previous) action.
