They run out of stock at the end of August, right when the school year is starting - and they dont know when it will be replenished. That is a bit sloppy for a retailer who should know their peak season. I then ordered online 8 days ago - up to now there is no update on my order and they are not picking up their phones. The service leaves a lot to be desired!!!
