DWF at Hedge End staff were very insightful on the flooring options available, which eventually led us to go with EvoCore Premium - Natural English Oak flooring. DWF were also very accommodating with the delivery of the flooring as they had to redeliver the flooring a few times due to the house project delays. The floor was installed by Paul Weaver, who did a sterling job and likewise was able to juggle with time to come to our house on 4 different occasions, aiding us with the work phasing as it progressed. Amazing experience. Eric and Jack were both lovely and genuine. They gave really professional advice about what flooring and underlay was needed. There was no pressure to purchase and they were super friendly. Eric went through everything with me step by step and made me feel at ease when purchasing flooring for our new house.
Very happy with service received recently. Jack went above and beyond to help with my order and was friendly and professional at all times.
The showroom in Hedge End is a decent place and the staff are superb... BUT. The products are substandard of late. Under no circumstances order flooring to be installed after 30 days from purchase and open at least 2 packs on delivery, if more than 3 or 4 planks are warped then refuse delivery and get a refund. Their French products are obviously from unseasoned wood products and their engineering flooring is unstable.
