This is the second time DWNE have installed windows and, once again, I am very happy with the end product. Dave, Bobby and the team provide a high-quality and timely service, which is also well priced.
Great work, price and customer service. Asked them to come out to give a quote on replacing our front windows. We got an honest assessment and a very good quote. They came out and were very good, covering the carpets and furniture to prevent them getting dirty. Window were installed the same day and we're very happy with them. Great aftercare and people to deal with. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had a window and composite door fitted by Direct Windows North east must say their workmanship and communication throughout was first class. Ellie in sales and the fitters both named Mick ensured everything went smoothly.
Highly recommend. Renewed double glazing in 3 days. Previously had a plastic panel in porch but they suggested a very slim window to improve appearance, which it did. Very efficient and professional. Also very clean workers, even hoovered up. All the staff were super friendly. Very good prices too and products made in house. Payment on completion.
